2024 Queer & Trans Activist Summit - April 20th

The LGBT Center of Central PA is pleased to present the 2024 Queer & Trans Activist Leadership Summit. Our theme this year is “Building Power in Community.” This Summit is an opportunity for college students, college-age young adults, and professionals who work with them to meet, network and participate in workshops designed to help everyone better understand and advocate for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, intersex, and asexual young adults and their allies in central Pennsylvania and beyond.

The Queer & Trans Activist Leadership Summit is the only event of its kind in central PA, where LGBTQIA college students, college-age young adults, and their peer and professional allies have day-long safe spaces to network, learn new skills, and work toward making central PA a more welcoming place for all people.

This year, we are offering one day for the college audience - Saturday, April 20th 2024.

2:20-3:10PM / Lunch and Networking
3:10-4:20PM / Workshop Session 3
4:20-5:00PM / Closing Session 

Space is limited to 75 participants and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The registration deadline is Sunday March 31st at Midnight.

Prices for this year are $15/student and $40/professional. Scholarships are available - please contact Gabe (gtaylor@centralpalgbtcenter.org) for more information.

Lunch will be catered. Every summit attendee will receive a lunch box which will include one sandwich, one bag of chips, one cookie, and one bottle of water.
